The Setup Party Hire Help

Unfortunately we cannot offer discounts on products from late last year to now.
We have had to incur some additional costing for cleaning and making our business Covid safe.
This includes extra cleaning, specialised products to sanitise items, not hiring the same item within a 7 day period.
Our clients safety is our priority and unfortunately this does come at a cost.

Can I get a discount/package?

Cancel with more than 14 days prior to your event; Full refund
14-10 days prior to your event; 50% deposit into a credit note.
7-9 days prior to your event; 50% cancellation fee (minus delivery fee).
6 days or less to your event; 100% cancellation fee (minus delivery fee).

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer 2 delivery options and 1 pickup option;
Delivery price is the same whether 1 item or multiple.
Delivery prices are additonal to the product fee.

1. Friday drop off / Monday pickup.
Our most affordable delivery.
This does not change the product price as seen on the website.
We recommend checking with your venue if they allow this to minimise your delivery costs.

20km-40km from Preston 3072 - $140 total.
40km-60km from Preston 3072 - $200 total.
60km+ from Preston 3072 -  custom quote.

2. Same day delivery. (Saturday or Sunday).
A more tailored delivery solution.
The customer care team will discuss a bump in time and bump out time with you.
0-20km from Preston 3072 - $220 total.
20km-40km from Preston 3072 - $280 total.
40km-60km from Preston 3072 - $350 total.
60km+ from Preston 3072 -  custom quote.

Warehouse Pickup - Free (Unfortunately no Jumping Castles)
We offer a customer pickup from our Preston (3072) Warehouse.
There is no charge for this service.
Pickup location is; Building 3 / 92 Bell St Preston 3072.
Pickup times are Friday 7am-3pm
Drop off times are Monday 7am-3pm
