Cancellation Policy

All product measurements can be found on our website. Simply click on the item you are after and scroll down to the measurement section. If you cant find your answer in that section please contact our team for assistance.

Decals

We offer custom decals for our castles, bar carts and backdrops. These are an additional $80 however the Lightboxes, Welcome sign and acrylic signs include the decal in their price. At this stage we can only offer word decals, no images sorry.

BONDS

Each hire item has a 25% bond. This is refundable given that the items are not damaged and are returned in their original conditions.PLEASE NOTE: Your bond payment will be refunded back onto your first payment method.
